i have purchased one set of 5 nos. bowl within one packet on 15.04.2014 cash memo no. 0253630 tr.10237 from the m/s big bazaar at durgapur,wb. the basic product were 5 sets of bowls with lid which was mentioned at the outer portion of the box. but big bazaar covered the portion with another extra sticker of without lid.i informed the fact to the authority but they ignored the matter and delivered the box of 5 sets of bowl without lid.
i want only the basic specification which was mention on the outer side of the container i.e. 5 sets of bowls with lid.
