Big Bazaar Koryo window A/C Problems

My Koryo window Ac purchased from big bazaar gurgaon is under warranty yet the company is refusing to change the compressor which stopped working after a free dry service provided by the company.The Koryo service engineer refused to give us the copy of the free service saying it is company policy. The ac was working the day the Koryo engineer paid us a visit.Post a week after the service when we switched on the ac for the first time it stopped working and we filed a complain with Korya vide complaint number 453005 on 28.03.2013. The Koryo engineer came post that and said that the PCB of the Ac wasn’t working that is why the ac isn’t working which was incorrect as on my insistence we had the PCB checked on another machine and it was working.That proves how incompetent the service person was.He again fiddled with a lot of wires in the ac in front of us like moving a wire out of the condenser before he came to the final conclusion that the compressor was not working. I was then asked to provide the copy of the bill which I informed wasn’t readily available.He said he could not process the request for th replacement of the compressor unless I gave it to him. I asked him to use the serial number mentioned on the ac which he refused to do. I found the copy of the bill in two days and called the service person to ask if he would get it collected or do I submit it at their service center however I was told that he would come and collect it himself in a day or two but he hasn’t till date and stopped answering my phone since.I spoke to the customer care executive at Koryo who assured me that the compressor would be replaced in a week as they were out of stock. They kept me waiting for over 2 weeks saying that the compressor will be replaced once they have it in stock and now after two weeks of wait ind they have gone back on their word and are refusing to replace the compressor.It is very hot now and I am feeling extremely anxious.Being a senior citizen to be harassed like this is not what I expect from a company like Koryo.The customer service executives keep passing the buck and do not transfer calls to senior executives and want me to talk to the same service person again and again.Please please help!
