Big Bazaar’s Koryo Iron Box Poor Quality

I have purchased one “koryo iron” on 03/06/2013, which is covered under warranty at present. i have kept the bill but i lost the bigbazzar bill. after third month my iron box started some problem, i have the warranty card so i went to bigbazaar to solve the problem but they refuse to solve the problem saying that they need the bill. and koryo representative also need the duplicate bill to give benefit of one year warranty. unfortunately, despite having the date of purchase, the product name and brand, date of purchase i gave to big bazar but they refused to generate duplicate bill, even in the duration when the product is under warranty.
