i have bought a split 1 ton koryo ac model no, ksi1203s on dated 28th of march which has been dilevered on 5th april installation is free on this ac the person came for installation on 10th april he told me that swing machine is broken and remote sensor is also not working

then i call at big bazar they told me that there was no other unit of this model i bought it at exchange offer so that my money and the product i gave both become valueless my exchange product value is 3000Rs my ac cost after exchange is 13511Rs

i want that they should repair the damage part or change the unit
