I had done a grocery of Rs. 4028 on 12/10/2013 for which they charge my Debot Card twice. My account has been debited two times for the said amount and now they are denying the same. Big Bazaar claims that they charge once and not paying my money of Rs. 4028. My bank claims that money is already been charged by Big Bazaar and so the refund will be issue by them.

I need my money back which is charged by Big Bazaar twice. The amount to be refunded by them is Rs. 4028 which is a big amount for me.
