i have purchased one “koryo split ac” on 11/08/2012, which is covered under warranty at present. i have kept the bill but it wiped out now. at the same time the ac started some problem and koryo representative need the duplicate bill to give benefit of one year waranty. unfortunately, despite having the date of purchase, the product name and brand, value of purchase, and reference of the transection as per credit card details, the big bazar outrightedly refused to generate duplicate bill, even in the duration when the product is under warranty.
