I have ordered a Micromax canvas 4 mobile from Big C website on 04/10/2013, Order ID is 1419964. They have not shipped my order till today(22/10/2013). I have been regularly contacting them but to no avail. Please take some action against them. Till today I have made almost 50 calls and wasted a lot of money for calling them. Even after reassuring many times the order is not shipped. Please take strict action against Big C online store for misleading consumer by making false claims.

I want them to ship my order and pay for the calls which I did to them and the time which I have wasted calling them
