Dear Sir/Madam I am purchase water purifier from a big dreams trading company from local company distributor at 17/12/2012. After that the water purifier works in good condition at september. But after that the water purifier does not work and not purified water in right manner. I am filed a complaint with the company and comapany’s technical engineer come and change the specific part but after that also not functioning in right manner. Again i am make complaint with company but company till not respond with us and not provid service to us .

If there is no solution with the company .Please Change the product and provide a new product or return the money.
