Billing Complaint

Tata Indicom is cheating customers in every possible way. They deliberately delay the Photon+ activation/installation so that they can charge lumsum amount in the name of pro-rata even after offering free 10GB data. No one explains you what is pro-rata and how the bill will be calculated and you get a shock when you receive the first bill. After getting a connection @ Rs.4000 and using it for only 6 days Tata Indicom has barred my connection and slapped a bill of Rs.15000 even after I used below the 10 GB limit. How can they charge for something which they are offering as free?
