Dear Birla Sunlife Insurance team , My name is santosh tanaji kadam .I am based in pune .Recently (unfortunately) I have get your BSLI Vision Plan .Which date of policy issue is 18/02/2013.I have paid the premium for this policy through chaeck of ICICI bank for amount of 20000 RS . cheque no-183371 dated 13/02/2013 .to the person whose mobile no. is 8624880404 and bike no is : .MH14 BD 6595. I have go for your product as I received one phone call on my mobile no 9850482894 on 09.02.2013 @15.08 PM (first call-Motivation call) from mobile no 9311876504.and on same day @ 15.25 (second call for conformation) from mobile no 9350696469 .Durring this time the person was said me that you will get amount of 200000 Rs. after you pay a premium of first instalment of 20000 Rs. as type of non interest loan. I reconfirm the same with that person about the policy benefit as above. I received policy documents on Friday 22.02.2013 .I was tried to call today from morning around 11 am on both no mentioned above which conversation motivate me for policy.But both no are not in working condition now .

Then I call on call center @17.10 Pm today and ask for loan amount and discuss the issue but they were unable to serve me. and they give me the pune office address and no . I call on pune office no .about my problem and cheating scenario . they told me to call on Monday bet office hr. My question is are you able to help me or let me know why you are taking benefit from making people foolish with help of above such no .which are not in working after getting cheque cleared ? The mob .no which motivate me for such policy are :9350696469 and 9311876504 date 09.02.13 time 15.08 PM and 15.25 PM. If your company don’t have any relation with the persons with this no. then why and on what basis you send the person to collect my documents on 10.02.2013 @ around 9 to 10 AM. (MOB NO 8624880404) My final demand is you need to give back my whole amount 20000Rs. with my loss during this period .without fail as early as possible .please consider this mail as instruction to close my policy which no is 005963643 .
