Dear concern
I am sending this mail for complaint against Birla Sun Life Insurance company ltd. I Jagdeep singh is having a policy in Birla Sun Life Insurance company and my policy no. is this 005366021 . I received this policy on 25-feb-2012. when i read terms and conditions of this policy, i did not like the premium paying terms and i also read , i have a right to free look this bond within 15 days ,then i talked to customer representative , he told me that you can send this policy to our head office and i send this policy to head office on (08 Day when i received) 03-March-2012 via Trackon courier and the courier no. is 244737166 and they received this policy bond on 05 March 2012 . i am sending you a scan copy of courier details which shows they received this policy under free look period on 05 March 2012 but now their customer representative told me that we are unable to cancel your policy because its too late to cancel this policy. how it can possible when i have already sent this policy under free look period. Now i request to you please consider my complaint and cancel my policy as soon as possible .
