I am Manish Bajpai from Lucknow. I have purchased Black Berry dated: 30Aug2102 model number 357828046829050 @ 8286 RS. After couple of month my start working poor performance like keypad is not working /Cursor also not mving as it is required in Cell phones. I hand over my phone to service center dated 28 FEB 2012 for REPAIR. TO redington india limited /lUCKNOW. After 16 days i got my phone back. But it was not functioning as it is required. Problem remains the same. I again go back to rdington person dated 8th june 2012 for keypad problem & hand over to Redigton. They said i will take service charge 220 RS. Redigton given me offer that i will replace the cell phone @ 6010 RS. I given approvel for the same. After so many reminders to them they are not providing handset to me till today. I email him also regarding the same. But no reply from them. After couple of days i personally visited to service center & i demand for my handset to mr rajesh singh(9452243574). then he replied that the replacement cost your handset is increased ie 7500 RS. I denied his offer on the spot. Then he suggest me that go out side & get it repaird from out side. Every time i visited the center their ters & conditions are always deviating from previous statement. This is completely not acceptable to me. Now i have no other way to resolve this issue except consumer foroum. That is why i am here & need your help resolve my Complaint. Now i am not going to excuse redington people for their unprofesstionl service quality. Plese resolve my complaint as soon as possible . Looking for favourable response from your side.
