Blackberry defective handset and irresponsible service

BLACKBERRY CURVE 9220 handset was brought by me on 07/04/2013 from above mentioned dealer. After 15 days I could find a lot of problems existing in the handset. the problems were as listed below. 1. press of mute key leading to opening camera 2. headset not connecting properly 3. trackpad getting stuck 4. most of the keys need to be pressed twice for proper functioning 5. automatic pausing while playing game 6. In this regard, I did take my phone for service center Sai Srinivasa Technologies (Address: No.1760/C, 1St Floor,1St,B-Main, D-Block,2Nd Stage, Near Navarang Theatre,Rajaji Nagar,Bangalore.560010. City: Rajajinagar STD Code: 080 Phone Numbers: 41712524 / 9036677853, 9035017009 Service Type: GSM)on 11/05/2013. I got my handset back on 18th of may 2013. to my surprise i found the problems to be still existing in the handset. When discussed the same with the service provider, he turned out to be very arrogant and also claimed a local headset to be the replacement for the original headset. today (19/05/13) i found the front panel of the headset display not fitting properly. when the same was brought to the kind notice of the dealer even there i did not get a positive response. Hence this is a true case of heating.

Don’t want to use this set anymore as it is defective, and complete money back (rs9649) along with compensation. warning to the manufacturers and the service providers from the side of govt of India, so that such a thing never happens to any of the customers in future.
