I have blackberry curve 9220 and that phone is not working properly i have gone there so many times but they always update my phone and say it is ok but my phone is not ok my phone getting auto off on getting hang joypad not working call disconnection auto keypad

i want my phone swap because hen this problem is not getting fix they gives swap phone please give me swap phone
