1. That on 15th April 2013, the I have purchased Blackberry Pearl 8220 mobile phone vide online payment through credit card from there website http://www.electrodeals.in/ Order Date : 4/15/2013 Order No : 213 Reference No : 216 Order Amount : 6199 2. That the I have received the above mentioned product on 19th April, 2012 via Courier. 3. That as per the purchase agreement there is warranty of 6 months on the product. 4. That the memory card functionality is not working in the mobile phone since 20th April, 2013. 5. That the matter was reported to there service center K.R. Repair Solutions 4/1, Roop Nagar, Delhi – 10007 on 27th April, 2013. The mobile phone was handed over by them on 6th May, 2013 but the issue is still not resolved. 6. My further efforts to resolve the issue has not been responded by them, and it has caused a lot of problems to the me personally and officially

Please replace the product along with the compensation of Rs. 10000 or refund the purchase amount with 18% interest.
