Dear Sir/Mam,

I paid my 399 rupees to Airtel for my airtel blackberry plan activation. They activated my plan on 14th of November and diactivated on 27th of November 2011 without any prior notification. I have been calling to their blackbeery suppot to normal customer service and Nodal Officer since 27th of November. In each and every conversation, they want some time between 24 to 72 hours but non of them is calling me. I called approximately 20 time so airtel delhi support department.
