I purchased a Blackberry phone on 24th dec 2012 (model no -9360) (IMEI no-358921040588514). I got replaced this set within a week of my purchase and was given a DO for it. I received a new set (IMEI no-358921046405770). After receiving this new handset, I was forced to get my phone software upgraded every two to three weeks to keep my phone working due to several problems like sound,hanging,camera,network. Finally my handset was again sent to service centre in mid April to Bangalore which was returned to me claiming to be fully repaired in 1st week of May. After receiving my repaired set, I was again forced to sent it to service centre for software upgrade. (June work order no CAL/BB?12/02/100) (July work order no- CAL/BB/12/026109360) (Nov work order no- CAL/BB/12/0760693360). After facing so much trouble I was forced to send my phone to service centre again for replacement in November. I finally received a new set from the company with IMEI no-358921046380106. I am sorry to say that there has been software update 4 times since receiving new set in November. After receiving this new set I am still facing loads of problem and send to my phone is in Gurgaon service centre (work order no- 15240 dt-5 feb 2013).I finally received a new set from the company with IMEI no-358921046001801 on 23 fed 2013. After receiving this new set I am still facing loads of problem and send to my phone is in Gurgaon service centre (Jobsheet no- 275 dt-01 march 2013).This time I also received a new set from the company with IMEI no-352631057824324 on 13 March 2013. This time also i face loads of problem and I also update software 2 times now my phone is in your kolkata service center (jobsheet no- 8031000333 dt- 17 may 2013) i go to take delivery for my phone on 6 June 2013 but same problem in my phone so they do not delivered my phone and take few more days for solve this problem. After that i received my set on 10 June 2013 with more problem and again my phone is in Bangalore service centre with jodsheet no. 8031001849 dt. 21 june 2013.This time I also received a new set from the company with IMEI no-358921041695334 on 8 July 2013 again i face network problem network fluctuate every time so battery working for 3 to 4 hours. Again, I have submitted my phone on 28th aug 2013 with jobsheet no.8031004655 which have been replaced with new phone IMEI No.358921046059890. But still my problem is not solved so I have again submitted on 7th sep 2013 with jobsheet No.8031005080 which is still with them and they have also promised to replace the phone with other higher model, but which is not done from last 4 months.
I request you please assist me in getting my phone replaced with Higher MODEL PHONE WITH NEW WARRANTY because modal no 9360 is having lots of problem. I also want cash reimbursement for my business loss and unused BBM service and screen guard.
