I had given my phone to service center on 1aug 2014,as in their guidelines swapping time is fifteen days,but till 21 sept 2014 i have not received my phone and service center is unable to provide me my phone
speaker and aux jeck of my blackberry q5 was not working.service centre said u will get ur Phone back in working 25 days.
I just want my phone back in a week or my money back or any other smart phone of same cost as it was of 23000. I purchased that phone of 23000 and had a great loss because i need that phone for my office use.
