This is so sad to even write to such inefficient courier services that has no professionalism and deaf with respect to customer complaints
When you can not deliver the material in time you have no right to book the courier. What is the benefit of couriering through you if you can not get it delivered in 07 days from panchkula to Bangalore

You did not bother to provide the phone nos despite writing so many mails to you. Your booking agent gave me the nos which never picked up.

The nos 09650302157 ,09717445483 were of no use despite calling n nos. the nos did not pick up
You should be ashamed of being courier
I have to now see to which agency we should complain

I booked one courier from panchkula to Bangalore with the above no. on 25th july 2012. It is sad that I hired your courier for delivery which does not seem to move. Even on 1st aug it is undelivered and the booking person says I am helpless to get it delivered . when will be it delivered ? perhaps in next century the way you seem to respond. Your customer care nos are not updated and just it was nonsense on my part to have hired the services of your courier
