I had booked a consignment thru Blaze flash from Delhi to Mohali on 31.01. 2014 vide consignment No. 210700297. However, even after 17 days it has not been delivered. On line tracking is also not working for this consignment. The local agent is also not able to track the same. My complaint to blazeflash thru e-mail has also not been acknowledged. Blazeflash seems to be totally unconcerned about problems being faced by its customers. They don’t deserve to remain in the business of customer harassment. Kindly help.
