Hi Team, My complaint is regarding the delayed courier by BlazeFlash as I couriered my documents on 27/02/2014 thru BlazeFlash and company told me that they will courier it within 2-3 days but when i check with consignee on 10/03/2014 then i got to know that courier has not been delivered then i contact with BlazeFlash customer care numbers but they all are out of service. Then finally i wrote a complaint mail to BlazeFlash email id but i haven’t got any response till yet. Today when i again track my order then i got that my courier delivered on 15/03/2014 .. ***My courier is 17 days delayed*** So my concern is, if i am paying full amount for courier then this is company’s responsibility to courier it on time now i need my charged amount and claim for the pain which i feel because of company. Note:- I haven’t got any mail or call from company which informs me that why my courier delivered late.
