Blazeflash courier – poor service lost packet

Dear Sir/Madam, i have been a regular customer of Blazeflash courier ltd. for last many years. For the first time, hopefully last time, I am bound to complain about their service. I have sent a packet which contained 32 GB pen drive, to New Delhi on 13/09/2013. According to their website (www.blazeflash.com), it had been delivered to the destination on the very next day i.e. 14/09/2013. But till date this packet is untraceable as the party, to whom it was sent, is denying to got it. I have contacted many times to their Delhi office from which it was delivered, but all in vain. All I got from their side that the packet is missing and we people are unable to find it. Moreover I have been told that it is a routine practice to miss out some packet among hundreds of packet. When I asked them what to do, I have been replied “JO KARNA HAI KAR LO”, means do what ever I want to do. This kind of franchise Blazeflash have assigned where the customer is nothing!!! They are not at all picking the phone given on their site. I have tried the same for more than 20 times. You are kindly requested to sort out the matter and make good clients of Blazeflash. The docket no is “292311433” and the packet had been sent from Kurukshetra. The addressee was “Strontium Technology India Pvt. Ltd., 805, Madhuban Building, 55, Nehru Place, N. Delhi- 110019”.
