Blue Dart Wrong Delivery

Dear Concerned, It is complaint against Blue dart Express Limited due to wrong delivery of our courier documents vide there Waybill No : 13679838756. I want to say that it is not first time done by the Blue dart Express Limited. Moreover, our courier was delivered on 29.12.2012 at wrong address of our competitors. I do not understand where as already mentioned my home address and telephone numbers clearly on envelop as per senders information and there is big difference in address as well they delivered 2kms away from the mentioned address. Please refer attachments. These are our new buyers shipping documents in the envelop and Blue dart Express Limited delivered to our main competitors and now we need an compensation against this because it is the loss of our worthy customers and we will have to face heavy loss due to this. The order of the customers is around USD. 7500.00 for which the shipping documents delivered at wrong address by Blue dart and these are our new customers and now our competitors must checked our costs and customer addresses which can be reason of fallen the prices in future orders or non receipt of new orders this is the great loss for whole life for our company and there members. Please see to it and help us.
