i have purchase 1 ton ac of blue star company ac from vijay sales mira road i have gone their to purchase general ac but they told me we will send our technical person to check room area the person came to my home they told me you by 1 ton ac of blue star i told ok i have purchase it after that they send me demo piece when it came to my i checked that it was very dirty piece opened piece i have complaint immediate to vijay sales and second day they send me new pice to me but even thou that they installed ac to my room but their no cooling in my room same day i complaint to vijay sales & blue star complaint center 5 times tectonic has came and told change the ac in to 1.5 ton i told to vijay sales they told we cant do you give in exchange and take a new one i told that how much i will get in exchange he told me rs-4000/- and i have purchase ac in rs-21500/- on loan bajaj finance know i want a justice what should i do shall i exchange or or it is loss for me pls do justice they told me you you do what ever you do thanks ?

exchange my ac from 1 tone to 1.5 tone and i will pay different amount of it
