Madam/Sir I had ordered four products from Snapdeal online company. The consignment was dispatched through Blue dart Courier and I had received confirmation from Blue dart through SMS on my mobile number 9093130xxx. I was informed that the two product will reach to me on 14th November 14 and one product on 17th November. I was also advised to keep the required cash ready for COD. But the consignment has not been delivered till date. I was not even intimated about the delay in delivery. The consignment contains the gift items which were to be presented on her birthday and some gift to my family members. Now my commitment towards my wife and family is on stake.

Immediate delivery of the consignments, Rs. 50000 from the company and Sincere Apology (physically) from the CEO of the company.
