dear sir, this refers to my consignment sent through bluedart via way bill no:69022171352 on 25th of July’13 which is not yet received on my end. sir, as matter of fact, there is no status update from bludart, as to where my item is. infact, after repeated calls, they couldn’t give me any status update. i am worried whether my item is lost on transaction.
i want the company to compensate for the lost which is purely their fault or negligence.
