I purchased a Google Nexus 5 mobile from USA and couriered from Bluedart to New Delhi clearly mentioning the name “Manish Kumar” in the parcel. The parcel was delivered to someone else. As per online records it is confirmed that the parcel was delivered to Ms. Soniya and not Manish Kumar.This has been confirmed by Bluedart that this is their mistake and are ready to pay me the amount. When I asked them to pay me back they said as per policy they can only pay 5000/- only. One thing to note is that when I couriered the parcel they asked me to fill the insurance amount as 2000/- else this will have additional charges. Now they are not even paying any amount. neither 2000/- nor 5000/- nor 24207/- the amount for Google Nexus 5 mobile. I have all the mail chain to provide enough evidence that they have wrongly delivered.

I just want 24207/- plus the 100/- they took for courier.
