I have purchased a split AC model 3HW12JA1 ON 30.3.2013. Because of continuous fault like water leaking in side the room from indoor unit, this indoor unit alone was replaced on 25.9.13 that is about six months after the purchase. Now again water leaking problem has started from indoor unit…and no cooling at all. This time also the problem recurred six months after the installation. According to your technician, further repair work has to be done. In spite of repeated complaints this problem has not been rectified till date. I am not able to use the AC as water starts leaking from the indoor unit. The entire summer I have not been able to use the AC in spite of buying from a so called reputed firm like Bluestar. So I requested them to replace the indoor and outdoor unit this time with any of the better models.But company tried to replace with another model indoor unit only but installation could not be carried out by the bluestar technical staff. This is because both models are not compatible. Now new model AC is just kept in our house without installation which is no use to me.
I want both indoor and outdoor units to be replaced and company to pay Rs.100000 as compensation for not able to use the AC for the past several months.
