I had made a booking for Bluestar Ac 1 Ton bearing model number 3HW12HAF1 R410A on the 7th of April from Brosbel Engineering’s Kalyan Nagar branch for Rs.33,150/- vide Receipt No. BEPL/BLR/14-15/BRECP/009. Since the sales team had communicated their inability to deliver the product on the promised date, I was given an option to either purchase a costlier product from Carrier or Mitsubishi or cancel the order. The Managing Director and myself had mutually agreed to go ahead with the cancellation of the order as going for a costlier product was not an option for me. We have been in touch over email and phone related to the cancellation of the order and refund status. Never was I told about a 5% cancellation fee and a sum of Rs.1657.00 was charged at the time of refund

Refund of cancellation charges of Rs.1657.00 at 18% pa interest rate for the number of days the money is withheld by the company(transaction was made via credit card). Also compensation on actuals for all court fees, legal fees and commute to and from my home to their sales office and back
