There is feature on the site which states that i can reserve the price of product for up to 2 weeks. basis this feature i had reserved the price of a gold earring with the website for 16,660. Now when i try to avail that along with the scheme which is currently going on with GOSF (google online shopping festival) between 11-13 Dec. They refuse to honour it. When i spoke to the CS manager she acknowledged that though they did not mention that offers cannot be clubbed in their policy page, but they will not allow me to avail both the free gift promotion and reserved price feature. This is clearly a cheating on part of bluestone.com

I want to avail both. Free gift as well as buying the product at the reserved price, which is my right as consumer
