Sir/Madam, I am an employee traveling from Ramanagaram to Maddur daily by using general pass. From 15 days there are lesser buses in the peak time morning and evening and u have decreased the 100 buses as per news paper reason that the empty buses are running. But, you should provide the local depo buses for short distances for example ramangaram to mandya, channapatna to mandya, maddur to mandya at peak time i.e morning and evening when most of the students and employees are travelling. We are facing much problem from 15days, we are not getting buses in correct time even after waiting 30 minutes, it is very difficult for working women and students. And students and general pass holders are also paying the amount in advance getting passes and should reach the colleges and offices at the right time. So, from decreasing no.of buses it affects us. We request you to solve the problem and do the meaningful service to the public
