Hi Sir/ Mam, This is to bring into your kind information, that in August-2013 I have bought 2 Pillows of Bombay Dyeing company, and Dealer has given me the assurance of one year warranty and the product will run more than 5 years, however the Pillows have shrinked only in 2 months, after that I asked with dealer to replace the same and given the Pillow back to him 2 months back, but till now he has not given me the replacement of that Pillow , He is only making excuses that he will ask from supplier and replace the Pillow, but till now neither he has replace the pillow nor my money. So here I’m seeking your help to replace the product or refund my money back to me.. Thanks.
