Dear Sir,
today i received a call from IRDA , whehter i had intimaited from kotak bank that i am eligible for bonus because i am payment insurance Rs.12000/- pa since 3.50 years.
when i have denied that i have been not intimated abount this matter,then mail gone from IRDA to Kotak Bank,
Call received from Kotak Bank that you have laudged a complaint regarding bonus not offer to you, when i comfirmed that yest i dont have any intimation about that from you, than they said that i have give 2 year scurity deposit amount for caliming the bonus amount. i asked to give all such intimation at my mail id registered with you , than they denied the same, also very rude behaviour done with me and threated that all the amount they are blocking my account so that i cant do foreclosure of this.
than alos thretained me if you want to go with IRDA than you can , there is mr sandeep received call from number as +911409490021.

you are reqeusted to kindly advice about the same why such type of behavior done and why i hve to submit 2 years security deposit for my bonus amount.

i dont want to go with the kotak bank old mutual funds and i am very unhappy with the behaviour such things.
