Sir, I ordered a mi company power bank from an online shopping site BOOKMYOFFERS.COM , with reference no.- 80467766226676, but they deliver me a duplicate and used product which doesn’t work at all. I tried customer their customer support but there were no response from them, I just tried to even cancel the product after booking but all was worthless. I paid rs 580 rs mistakenly as my mother received the product without my knowledge. Please please please help me out and and take some serious action against this fraud company.
