I have lodged a complaint on 06-Oct-2013 which was within 1.5 months of purchasing brand new “Electrolux Refrigerator” (model & chassis no: ECL314-SH-RFB).
Your after sales service has been so pathetic that I am still struggling to hear a concrete response from your end. Because of the error from your end, my brand new refrigerator has been damaged from your own technician. To add to this misery your maintenance executives just visit my residence after long pending requests and after speaking with the customer care center one of your executives who promised to close my issue on priority basis everything is still pending. Every call with your service team says “We take time for replacements”. I am surprised why? wherein customer is no where at fault
During the recent visit of “Mr. Salim or Sameer Shaikh” to my residece (some senior person from Electrolux Center) instead of addressing the issue quickly he was on contrary convincing and recommending that we should not ask for a replacement of the refrigerator because these are small issues and could be replaced from the company” however i am sick and tired of this attitude wherein I had not paid more than 25k to receive a faulty product.
I also received a call from Mr. Salim on 05-Dec-13 from Electrolux who said that he would temporarily give me a double door 2nd hand fridge and take my refrigerator for repair. Why should I take a replacement of a second hand fridge and once again wait endlessly for my refrigerator.
