on 25-12-2009 I purchased a LG Flatron LCD TV monitor (M197WA-PT). The dealer is m/s. Urmi Electronics Thane(w) 400602.The dealer assured that a free DTH connection will be given to you after YOU send the claim voucher inside the carton. When we open and found the claim form it had last date of 30 Oct. 2009.As we purchased tv on 25 Dec. The promise of free DTH may not be given which was confirmed when dealer phoned the distributor. Why the dealer did not tell us about the last date was 30 Oct. He says he was not properly informed by the Co. Why I should suffer for this. It is not fair trade practice. Should we move consumer court? Will the co. remove this injustice?
