I had enrolled with the company for breakdown service of my two Wheeler, complained about breakdown but no service was provided stating that service for such problem is not covered. No personnel attended ( my two Wheeler was not coming to neutral due to which I was not able to drive). It was my first request company promise 12 services

I want to terminate the service & appropriate action against service provider.
