broad band not functioning

Sir,
Earlier (Before-13-04-09) I was residing at ekkatuthangal tel.no-22253945.Due to personal reasons I shifted my home to the following adress

I have duley informed , registered about shiftting my telephone.- (Reference no-91241075 Prov.An-92246703 Date-13-04-09.)
Since then I got my telephone shifted in a weeks time.There after still today my broad band connetion & telephone are not working.
Also my house owner too is having the same problem and for the past two months we are not in a position to acess net.
My wife is a software engineer.She resigned her job due due my daughters birth .
She had seeked a job with working from home option with google adsense due to this broad band problem .
She couldnot proceed further aprproximately she is loosing rs:1000/-day.Hope that,the issue will be solved in short period.

Further following were the personals who were contacted thru telephone to rectify the problem.

06.Mrs.Kilimoli madam thrice to check our modem
07.Customer service centre 1500 more than 5 times.
08.we have been directed by customer sevice centre to go to dataone stie and enter to admin login with same password and reset our modem
09.one officer of BSNL came to our home in person once and attended the issue eventhough we found no result……..?

Inspite of allour efforts we have failed to get our service.

Mean while we have got our broad band bill no.902382220 for a sum of Rs.338

My complaint no latest – 88364647 for your reference.

HOPE THAT WE WILL FIND RESULT THE EARLIEST.
