I have been using Airtel IPTV and Broadband since april this year. Initially it has been working fine though had intermittent issue which used to get resolved by the technicians. However since last couple of weeks the problem has become chronic. The connection goes down every hour and since last few days the connection is completely down. I have been making complaints every day at the call center (few complaint no.s are 7913506, 7983448) but nobody seems to be bothered at all. I have written to the head of Telemedia but it did not help
