BSNL – 3g connectivity problem since last 6 months. no response from staff

I am facing 3g connectivity problem since last 6 monhs. So many times i had contacted 1503 but but no result. I had mail to gm of bsnl “agmcmopatd@gmail.com” .2 to 3 times buttechnician were came and note the issue and went but still no result. Technician is agree and face the same issue but still no resolution given by bsnl. I m fedup of this. Pls help to sort out this asap.

Stable 3g conectivity wihout any conjetion.
