In my mobile no- 9532420247 (BSNL- east) regularly BSNL is deducting Rs. 5 after every 5 days for any service which I had never activated. After every complaint, I receive an SMS a complain no. only. But no action taken so far. This is problem of All BSNL users in my city, including my other 2 nos. Please take it strongly.

I have lost approximately Rs 1000/- since last 6 months, without any reason. Also, they send offensive advertisement with that Rs 5/- which raise by blood pressure, which compel to take medicine for BP (Approximately Rs 2000/ per month)

I want my money back, what they have deducted for any subscription, which was done by BSNL itself to take money from me. Also, please return cost of BP medicine.
