my mobile number has been BSNL recharged by a retailer by 252 rupees for the benefit of 2gb data and i received a message regarding the success of the recharge but my account did not credited by the data. due to this act of the company i lost 70 rupees of my main account balance. when i called to the customer care regarding the issue they registered my complaint. but they haven’t taken any kind of reaction for the past 4 days and the complaint number is 4J30AP303388.
i want the benefits which am i eligible for the worth of 252 rupees and damages for the irresponsible act of the service provider under the respected act as this complaint comes under.
