Sir It is my complaint that on 28th May 2011, I have submitted an application to BSNL office Kottarakkara for terminating my land line connection bearing Phone number 2458314 returning their equipment at kottarakka BSNL office. And made all clearance from officer submitted the application to their dealing clerk on the same day. Receiving the application the dealing official convinced me that the security amount would be returned after 6 months as a cheque which en-cash at any branch of any bank. 2. But, phone billing of same connection received again in the next billing and six months later I approached BSNL office KOTTARAKKARA again and met commercial officer saying that connection has been terminated on 28th May 2011 . Then he replied me that no application for termination of land connection was recived by him till date due to my application got clearance went missing by dealing clerk. 3. According to commercial officer’s advise, I wrote an application again on back date of 28th May 2011 in front of him and got clearance again from clearance section officer on the application seeing the entry made in register on 28th May 2011 and hand it over to commercial officer by hand then. 4. While submitting, the commercial officer ensured me to terminate the connection and refund of security money as early as possible with the advise that if I want it soon write an application to Account officer BSNL ,Kollam for early refund of security deposit. After elapse of eight months , But to next bill, having number 251220917, of my connection got in my hand again dated 5.12.2012 for rupees 656/-. ,I did not get my phone connection terminated and refunded the security amount till date. A responsible authority of nation doing like this to his consumer is an irresponsibility. 5. Now I reqire my connection dis connected and refunded the security deposit with interest compensating my mental and physical agony for this long .
