On 12 of jan rupees 150 deducted from my balance and I got a message from bsnl that pop tv activated on your number .I called bsnl customer care no and registerd a complaint, they promised me a refund of the money within 07 days.the docket no provided by them is as follows. 4A13TN387738 AND 4A13TN387771..dated 12 jan 14..the money is not yet refunded and iam unable to talk to customer care executive..my calll is either disconnected or they are putting me on hold for several hours.

Again today I tried to call bsnl call got connected ..they told me the issue is pending …its going to be around 10 days after the incident took place no action has been taken on my matter and I hope they wont take any action in future also
