I have a Bsnl prepaid mobile number(9432520659).Bsnl activated a HEALTH service to my number many times from july,2013 without my concern and each time my balance had been deducted in the name of activation of this service.Though,I had deleted most of the activation BV-MIVASB messages but some of them I still have in my phone.Date of activation of HEALTH services are, 1. 07/08/2013 2. 22/09/2013 3. 30/09/2013 4. 04/10/2013 5. 24/10/2013 6. 02/11/2013 7. 06/11/2013 8. 08/11/2013 The complain numbers which are given by BSNL customer care executives are 129190 , 129941 ,129938.

I want my balance back.They have to refund my balance and give me a compensation of RS500.
