The entire locality of Bariyatu, Ranchi facing regular Broadband internet connection issue. I am facing the broadband services regularly from Dec 2012 month. I already contacted to all level concern deparment and persons from Local Engineer, SDO, Customer Care, AGM and GM too but they take very slow action and take 4 to 6 days to fix a minor issue and that’s also when I keep following them personally. I have an outsourcing firm and generating approx 10 jobs in my city and other states. Due to their bad internet services, usually our internet not working for 6 to 9 days every month. That affect our work and ultimately incur loss. As my business is totally dependent on internet, even a single day without internet connection loss 7 team member’s salary and other expenses. Average salary of the team member is approx Rs 10,000 per month. In that way I am losing approx 2,500 daily + other work delay and losses.

As the BSNL is the only Broadband service provider in our locality (Bariyatu, Ranchi) and due to their regular internet down services, I am loosing my business. I just want them to provide regular services, if not then compensate my business loss.
