BSNL – Bill amount deducted twice don’t get back my money

Bill amount deducted from my account twice. After complaining they told me they have no any update about this. I pay Rs.642 on 26/05/15 against Postpaid mobile no. 943502xxx from BSNL Portal through Net Banking. After payment webpage showing that “TRANSACTION UNSUCCESSFUL”. Than I contacted to BSNL Customer care & they assured me the refunded me in 48 Hrs & I pay again.Than I pay again & this time payment was successful. But till now I don’t get back my money. Today at 1.07 pm I contacted to BSNL helpline again in no-1503 with their SUPERVISOR & she told me same thing.

I want my money back.(Rs.642 & compensation also)
