Dear service provider, we are having constant problem related to phone bills of BSNL from last few months.
Phone bill does not come in correct amount and we have to go to BSNL officeto sorting out our problem and it get reduced to correct amount .
Question is why bill can not come correct in first place.
Please do the necessary step to improve services.
