Sir, since last 10 years i am a stint customer of bsnl,and moreover i have explained regarding the advantages of BSNL to others.depending upon me here at Joda Dist -Keonjhat,Orissa has taken bsnl connection.Since long i have logged my complain regarding broadband at bsnl office Joda and personally explained the problem to Mr.Sethi (JTO) & Mrs. Mohanty but no body from bsnl office are attending the same.So my request is if it not possible by them may please advice any expert from any area to attend the complain and rectify the same.
