Since last 15 days our home broad band is not working we already complaint for the issue … we have to take this case in the light of higher management as due to this worst services by bsnl most of the customers have dis connected their land line phones… we want the permanent solution for this issue along with the non payment for the rent for the duration when the internet was not working.. phone no- 01332-279XXX
